The evacuation route is posted on the inside of the entrance door of your room.
House Rules
1. The HOUSE RULES apply to all guests staying at the hotel.
2. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
3. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. In case of late check-out, the hotel may charge an additional fee for each started hour.
4. Please respect the quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Loud noise or any disturbance affecting the rest of other guests is strictly PROHIBITED in rooms and public areas.
5. Please use the hotel buildings and facilities as intended, and always follow fire and safety regulations.
6. ⚠ The use of personal electrical devices (such as irons, kettles, coffee makers) in the rooms is strictly PROHIBITED due to fire safety regulations.
7. Open flames are not allowed.
8. In the pool and sauna areas, please follow the rules specific to those areas.
9. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to remove any furnishings or equipment from the rooms.
10. Any damage caused on the hotel premises must be compensated by the responsible guest or their legal representative.
11. Smoking is NOT allowed in the rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
12. If you find or lose any items, please report it to the reception.
13. Please use the in-room safe to store your valuables. The hotel does not take financial responsibility for personal items (e.g. jewelry) brought onto the premises.
14. In case of an accident or emergency, please inform hotel staff immediately.
15. Pets are NOT allowed on the hotel premises or in guest areas.
16. Please contact the reception with any requests or suggestions. You can also help us by filling out the guest questionnaire in your room and letting us know how you enjoyed your stay.
